symbols

Why are these six symbols means a lot to me?

They are six of my favorite symbols ever since when I was a little girl. I have and still always doodling these symbols on almost anything and anywhere—my skin, my pants, paper, dirt, and sand. Whenever I am quiet, you'd find a couple of them drawn on something.

As I grow up, those symbols became more precious and close to my heart. Each symbol has several meanings for me, and as I was growing up. I was also searching what universe's purpose for each symbol, which I found authentic and engaging how I picked them. When I was a little girl and how it matches my personality even at the age of 50s, it is still valid.

Why Heart?

Everyone has to have the heart to live. All my life, I can always feel my heart beating. That is always reminding me that I am alive. I need to be productive because I am on earth for a reason.

My heart is so healthy because it has broken and shattered many times, yet it is still beating. Yes, I experienced various love, sadness, anger, fear, great joy, and the heart remains the same, just beating. That is amazing.

I am a sensitive gal; I will cry for something sad or happiness.

As long as my heart is still beating, I am still here!

Why Flower?

I was called a "flower girl" when I was a little girl. Dandelion is my ultimate favorite flower. My second favorite is Daisy flowers. I would pick up all yellow dandelions and make a braid in my hair. I love to pick up a seedhead and make a wish while blowing it away. It is a wildflower growing everywhere, and I always enjoy picking them up in the rain while barefooted.

Even at my age right now, I am still thrilled to see both yellow dandelions and seedheads and enjoy looking at both of them!

Why Peace?

That symbol means a lot to me for one huge apparent reason. I was born in 1969. So, I am a hippie child, and I grew up loving that symbol.

So, I love anything related to the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Bohemian style clothing, decorations, hairstyle, painted Volkswagen, and the community gets together.

Why Spiral?

I always have long hair, which I twirled my hair all of the time. I also love to dance by spinning around. Have someone hold my hand and go spinning. I also always dizzy all my life. So the "spiral" means a lot to me.

I love snakes, and how they would coil up to sleep or wrap around my arm, so beautiful.

I am always fascinated with tornadoes.

My life is never a straight line. It is like chaos with so many turns, so hence the spiral.

The "spiral" is a sacred symbol representing the journey and change of life. It unfolds, taking a labyrinth-like passage that leads to Source. The spiral symbol can represent the consciousness of nature, beginning from its center expanding outwardly.

Spirals have been linked to nature, seasons, and life paths: birth, growth, death, and reincarnation.

Why Feet?

I was born to be and known as a barefoot gal. I hated shoes and still hate shoes. I prefer to be barefoot that I often forgot to bring shoes with me to the car for shopping etc. Luckily most of the time, people don’t notice that I don’t have shoes on in stores.

I can tell you exactly how many shoes I own right now.

If I can get away with just barefoot during hiking, I will put sneakers in my backpack.

Yes, I do walk barefoot in snow, rain, muddy, hot weather, whatever, and I love it.

Why Star?

When I was a little girl, I would just run outside to escape whatever was happening inside a place, usually domestic violence moments or escape from the smelling of marijuana.

I would get on the roof of the house; yes, I climbed up or somehow got on top of the roof. Every place I have lived or went, I already got up on every roof that I know. I would sit and watch stars, and many times I have seen shooting stars. It is such a beautiful and peaceful feeling for me. I sincerely love stars and how they are always there, no matter what.

I am also very into astrology.

Star is often seen as a symbol of divine guidance,  enlightenment, or light in the darkness.

Stars are one of the earliest symbols of guidance. Stars are often regarded as protective symbols.

Stars represent distant divine force or energy. All people, of all traditions in the world, look up the sky and stars in prayer. They send their wishes to realms above, hoping there is someone who listens.

Stars are far away, and they also represent goals that are hard to reach or impossible to achieve. To reach the stars figuratively, one must try hard.

A beautiful gorgeous girl that sometimes hides her thoughts, but she's intelligent!

The stars are the most loyal that I know.

A common dialectal noun is used to identify a person of acknowledgeable achievement or standing based on context and subject matter of discussion.
